Sidescan not working

I have a LSS-2 structure scan transducer with a PDt-wbl transducer with Y cable connected to a Elite 7Ti. Everything did work now the side scan has stopped. I have sonar, temp and down scan but only the side scan screen with a small white line down the center.
Any suggestions or solutions sure would be helpful.

This would take someone getting on your boat and looking through lots of settings and how the installation of the transducer is along with wiring possibilities. Go to your local Lowrance dealer for help.
