Structure scan shows “No Source” on all units

I have an LSS1 unit networked to a Gen 2 HDS Touch and a Gen 1 HDS unit. Both units show charts, depth, temp, etc, but both also show just No Source when I select structure scan. Checked power to LSS1, OK.
Can’t find trouble shooting for LSS1, what can I test to determine if unit is bad, or? Replaced transducer about 3 years ago.

Check that the power light is on. It's on the top and may be difficult to see but there is a light. Also check the Source. It should say LSS-1 not "This Unit". Finally, with both units on and lets assume the StructureScan module has power, set a waypoint on one unit. Give it a unique name and it should immediately appear on the other unit. If so, the module has power and the Ethernet cables are functional.
