Fortrex to Ultrex Install Question

This question is for anyone that has installed a Ultrex.
I have a Fortrex 112 45" shaft on the boat now. I'm going to install a new Ultrex 45" shaft. Will the mounting holes line up from the Fortrex to the Ultrex. If they do, will the Ultrex be in the correct position?

Some good news for Minnie owners from John (BBC Boards)

This just in 11/14/2018 -- Ultrex Warranty
Effective November the 12, 2018, The MinnKota Ultrex will now have a 3yr warranty instead of the original 2yr warranty. This will be retroactive to all Ultrex's since introduction, except for the factory rebuilt (FR) motors. This warranty will start at the date of purchase to the original owner. This is MinnKota's way of showing both confidence in the unit and thanking those that have purchased, or will purchase the unit.

Save that old Fortrex !.... it fits on the Ultrex bracket” ( not the other way), make shure your batts are in good shape”!... the Ultrex circuit boards’ are sensitive “& will burn out!....
