Re: Lake Amador fishging
I normally would have some answers for you about Amador, but I haven't been there this year. Since it is late fall, I would just concentrate on the main lake points, or around the dam. The bass should still hit bulky dark colored plastic worms. Take a 10" Berkley Power worm and bite off about 2 inches. They should hit that well. Black and junebug work well. Before dark they like a darker colored worm with sparkle. A 6 or 7 inch Senko should work well too.

I have fished Amador many times in the past during fall .
It can be a great time for big fish , especially if you can find some " bad " weather .
The problem is when they do big draw down of the water , the fish move out deeper and tend to suspend more .
