Trolling Motor Head Rotation

I just mounted my new Maxxum and when in the stowed position the head is pointing down and out towards the water which causes the cables to go way outside the boat then loop back in to the foot control. I would rather it point down and towards the deck. How do I rotate the head? There are three little screws just under the head. Maybe I'm suppose to loosen those. Anyone know?

Simply loosen the large collar clamp and turn the head inward. Post a photo.

Loosen the height adjustment knob, turn head while motor is stowed. Control cables going to pedal should face same direction as prop.
