What it means is unless Governor Newsom stands up to Trump, he will suck as much water out of the Delta as "water interests" want ..... a disaster.

Don't hold your breath on Newsom ...... he had a chance to support the Delta and stand up to those same "water interests", but totally whiffed when he vetoed SB1.
