Windy Wednesday Nighters
With Ladds open as of yesterday I'm stoked to announce that we are on! For those of you that have participated you know how much fun it is.
60$ a boat Jerry will start taking money at 3:20 and its launch and go, weigh in time will be announced at sign in.

Are these starting this Wednesday
Re: Windy Wednesday Nighters
So is it still on, nothing politically came up?
Re: Windy Wednesday Nighters
I will be there as I haven't heard anything otherwise.
Re: Windy Wednesday Nighters
I believe there were 40+ boats that showed. 22 and some change won it.
Re: Windy Wednesday Nighters
What’s the payout format? Winner take all?

No depends on amount of boats but with 42 boats paid 8 places and 2 big fish.
Re: Windy Wednesday Nighters
Ok this sounds interesting. Is there a flyer or somewhere to get more specifics? Sounds like fun
Re: Windy Wednesday Nighters
This was my first Wednesday nighter and it was a a lot of fun. Couple real nice guys running the show and everything was above board. Can’t wait until I can catch another one.

My buddy and I want to fish this tomorrow. Who should I reach out to?
M. Allen
Re: Windy Wednesday Nighters
Don't reach out to anyone. Just show up at Ladds at 3:00 or 3:15 and fish
Re: Windy Wednesday Nighters
Over 50 boats showed up at the Windy Wednesday Nighter on May 20th. To say the parking lot was a challenge was an understatement. It took a little over 21 pounds for the win and 17.10 for the last money spot. I believe they paid 8 places.
I will add that the Sheriff has been VERY active in and around Ladds. He doesn't hesitate to pull anyone over that is not on the correct side of the channel or passes him on plane when his little blue lights are on. If you see him on the water with his lights on you better come off pad and pass with courtesy and give him a wide berth.
