need info on lake rules

I sold my Bass boat in 07 haven't had one since but finally bought another, I know there are new rules having to do with the zebra mussel. I am in so cal, I heard that lakes put a cable on your boat now, so my question is do any lakes share the same cable? so if i wanted to fish 2 different lakes in a weekend, and if so what lakes? Thank you

The ones that I know of that share are Perris, DVL, Silverwood and Lake Hemet. I am not sure if others do. I know Puddingstone will tag your boat so you can get back in there but as far as I know it is not accepted at other lakes.

Call the lake(s) you want to fish and ask them. Each lake has its own protocols.
