A C plug tail replacement
I have a couple Fred Arbogast ac plugs that need new tails. Anyone done this before and have any suggestions to offer?

Pull the old tail off slowly so you don't damage the nails/brads that are inserted thru the side. Take needle nose pliers and insert them into the slot and look for the head of the brad and push the nails out until you can get at the heads and then pull. Get yourself a big hammer/fluke or whatever you want to use for the tail and trim it up if need be. Then push/pull/and shove the new tail in place. Push in the pins and add a drop of super glue if they pins are not snug and go fishing

I don't think they make them any more but if you can find some, they're perfect. Berserk Mad Shad Swimbait.
