If you have always wished you had just a little more time at the end of the day to take advantage of the "evening" bite during a tournament, then the FPT's annual "Delta Summer Shootout" is an event you definitely do not want to miss!

June 5th and 6th at Ladd's Marina, the FPT will host its annual 2-day Delta Summer Shootout event dubbed the "Best of both Bites", a regular season event that gives anglers the opportunity to cash in on the delta's great evening bite on day one, AND take advantage of the early morning bite - on day two!

FREE angler breakfast - SWAP MEET

Adding to the fun, on Saturday (day one), from 8-10am, we will host a delicious and FREE breakfast-bunch, serving breakfast sausages, hash brown potatoes, fresh fruit, juices, coffee and pastries, all courtesy of Elk Grove Ram/Lasher Auto Group.

Also, during this time, some of the delta's top pros will be on hand (from 8-11am) to give those who need it, personal "one-on-one" instruction on how to approach and productively fish the delta, PLUS there will be a great swap meet where you will be able to obtain some of o'l school tackle you can't find anywhere!
