Berry-Pope do not enter buoys

I live pretty far from Berry, but made it up Saturday. There are "do not enter" buoys in front of the Pope creek bridge that have been there since the last time I was there in January 2021. I saw two boats inside. Does anyone know if entry to that creek is open or closed officially?

It is open, I spoke with sheriff and fish and game last year, they said it was put in by who ever runs the lake but they do not enforce it.
I believe they are there to stop the house boat parties.

If you are fishing a tournament and it's marked do not enter - that would be an issue (not that you mentioned tournaments) but to all-tournament anglers, I recommend always asking your TD prior to the event. If the BOR has it posted it would be off-limits, whether or not it's actively being enforced.

Besides there are no fish up in the creek
