I will be in Florida fishing the Everglades/10,000 islands for Snook and Tarpon on mothers day. Then after, takin mom out to dinner....she deserves it

We're hoping to fish. My kids are at an age where you really have to sell them on the notion of spending a day with dear old dad in the boat. But my wife will be working all day so she won't mind if I wet a line at least for a while.

This year, it is double duty on my end.. the day also happens to be my wife's birthday, so I've reserved the entire weekend to be with her and my kids...

Heck I did it right just bought my wife a 08 sleek new silver mustang Pony(not the GT , Gas man!) Anyway I have been getting my way for the last week

It is also our 23 wedding anniversity. She ask me if I was fishing all week end getting ready for the stren and I said I would take Sunday off, she could not believe it. Then she ask me what I could use for the stren sence my birthday is Wednesday I said a new Loomis flipping stick would be nice, she told me to stop on the way home tomorrow from the delta and get it. I LOVE her.

Since I can only catch about 18# a day right now I am thinking I have a lot of work to do. With a top 10 I may be able to make the Stren Championship with only 3 tournaments. Not sure I want to go, but I could use another check this season.
