Anyone get their letters in the mail yet reguarding the details?

Yes,
I got mine last Saturday. All the info. is the same as the web site.
But, you need to contact Bob by Friday if you are going and also to order dinner tickets. It should be a good event.

If the year to date standings says your qualified, does that mean your in? Neither my partner nor I have received our letters yet

If you qualified, your're qualified!! The letter is just a formality. Not all anglers will get them. Some will get a phone call from Randy (eventually). Congrats!
