Whats the best line for swim baits at clear lake?

From what I have heard, there isn't a bad time to use them..

What swimbait? Paddletails I use 15 Flouro... bigger baits get 17-25lb mono... I still use mono, because it gives the fish a little time to eat, and they don't care!

This all depends on the type of swimbait you will be using and where you plan to throw them.
In general I like to use flurocarbon (15-20lb test) but I am typically throwing smaller profile swimbaits like the Baitsmith and smaller Ospreys in relatively shallow water areas.
