Camping and Fishing

I am going camping for a few days. Looking to go somewhere up hwy 108 above pinecrest and do a little trout fishing. I haven't been up there for years. I am taking a tent trailer. If anyone has any recommendations on where to stay I would appreciate it.

Cant help you on where to go, but take a portable A/C! Its hot!!!

If you go past strawberry a ways Kenedy medows is a nice place to stay, no bass fishing but theres alot of trout in the river that runs right though there. I used to go fly fishing up there every year when I was a kid and caught alot of browns and rainbows. Theres a camp ground in dardanelles thats on the sonora pass also, the camp ground is right on the river/stream there too.
