Elite Series launch?

Does anyone know where the Elite Series is launching from? The web-site says Morelli Park Boat Launch, but I heard they were going out of Ladd's.

It's located under 1-5 freeway. Believe it's on Weber st and west of Center st. on the rite hand side.
