Clear Lake algae question??

We are making plans for our yearly week long trip to Clear Lake set for early August. Has anyone seen any evidence of that dreaded algae coming back this year. I hear the lake is high and clear but with this warm weather finally here, i hope it doesnt return. Thanks for the help.

It's there most every year. Some worse than others, but you can always find it.

It is already there and it is getting worse

You can always place bags of barley around the areas where you dont want to see alge growth

I would say with the fast hot days we had, the Alge is probably blooming... it is everywhere else

So far the water is clear with no algae build up. The high water and weeds might help to keep the algae growth down
