I have been assigned the day shift on the Mokelumne River Bridge (0600-1400 Tues-Fri) all of September. Using my binoculars I've watched several boats in the last three days fish both sides of the Mokelumne River and all around the draw bridge. I saw only one LM bass caught in three days (Buzz Bait). Is it that tough out there? The last time I was out on the Delta was for the last WRL event. Bite wasn't too tough then. Is it tough all over? Or is it just my location? If your in the area of the Mokelumne/B&W give me a shout out.
Good Fishin

Re: Any one catchin Delta fish?
Some days I catch 20 lb strings and some I have trouble getting 7 lbs. I am doing better overall this summer than I have in the past summer monthes Thanks to Miller Punch weights. I can get my baits into spots I never could before. I can not seem to get a decent top water bite this year. The weights for most are lower this year than in the past for sure.

Yes thats what I've been thinking about day dreaming (Top Water). But I've been working too much to take advantage of the warm water and weather. To go out.620 Dude wrote:Went Wednesday had a good rip bite on the first 30 minutes of the morning tide change then slow the rest of the day had lots of blowups on frogs but only one hookup

........... Which one of your Cousin's got recently married !
You know, we always called each other goodfellas. Like, you'd say to somebody: "You're gonna like this guy; he's all right. He's a goodfella. He's one of us." You understand? We were goodfellas, wiseguys.
