It's the Friday before the long Memorial Day weekend and there were eight trailers in the parking lot. DAMN I wish we were going to Piru (or even Castaic!). Casitas SUCKS!!!!

I was thinking I go to either Cachuma or Casitas tomorow . Leaning for the longer drive at this point. What a mad house the lakes gonna be! Charlie

...I have conflicts with all three BASSMASTER Western Opens this year. Ya, I could have gone, but then I would have had to go straight to Casitas for the Sunday Fed tournament and fish it blind (which I pretty much am anyway, with as bad as Casitas is right now). The second one conflicts with the South Tri-States, and the third with my 2005-2006 WON BASS So. Cal season opener.

If there had been no conflict with this weekend, I probably would have gone to the Delta and just fished that one. What about you? I figured you would have fished it for sure.
