HDS-8 Unit Light

I thought I saw somewhere how to shut off the LOWRANCE light on the back of the unit. Can someone help?

Ah, Found it > Menu> Settings> System> Advance Settings> Hardware

Way to go Morgan. The more you push the buttons in the Menu the more familiar you will be with your units functionality. Then every once in a while when you are looking at some menu feature if you hit the Menu button a new menu will pop up to do even more.

That's a fact, Ken, There I was floating next to some Hyacinths at the Delta eating a sandwich, playin with the menu items, and there ya go....
