Tackle Shop near Roosevelt Lake

I'm taking a 900 mile trip, 1800 miles round trip, to Roosevelt Lake to support the FLW Tour for you younger guys so FLW will keep coming out here to west coast. I'll be going as a Non Boater or amateur, whatever the correct definition is . I have 2 questions:
1. Is there a tackle store near Roosevelt Lake or in Payson, AZ?
2. Cold front coming in with snow & rain and temps down in the low 20"s forecasted, any suggestions what the fish will be hitting on in this type of weather front? Just want to make sure I.m taking the right tackle before I go.

I guess I'm fishing on the site here, and I understand tight lips before the tourny, so feel free to PM with your suggestions if you like. A BIG thank you in advance for any suggestions or help.

There is a tackle shop in tonto basin on your way to Roosevelt. Cold front drop shot arrons, magic morning dawn cht tip and cranks. Jigs in watermelon mixed black like texas craw.
