Another good question regarding water clarity. This does become an issue when filming in certain bodies of water. On the Delta I specifically looked for areas with the right vegetation and tide direction to create the best (relatively) clear water situations. That said, I have some excellent, crystal clear video deeper than 20 feet at lake Havasu (still video excerpt seen here):

As for our technology, our copyright protections are still in progress so afraid I can't say much about that at present. I will say that it's taken about 6 months in R&D to get a water-tight camera with the proper buoyancy and ride to produce a stable video. Keeping the lure in the camera field of view at different retrieve speeds, depths and cover/structure types has been a real challenge. Distance of lure to camera, leader diameter, light levels and water clarity all come into play too. Based on the number of fish strikes/hookups we're getting on film, we seem to have arrived at a good product.
Hope to send out a few Beta test cameras in the next few days with a production launch sometime in July. In the interim we plan to make more videos available soon. We're filming at lake Powell for stripers this weekend... hope they're hungry and not camera shy.
