Well since it's public knowledge now, YES it is true (per Andre himself). There's also more coming. For example, a frog...............

I own no vixens and none of the frogs. I've obviously heard good things about both but was skeptical when I heard the news of the re release. I ordered a couple of the frogs and 4 vixens. I'm hoping they are identical to the originals so I can experience the hype first hand. If anyone cares to enlighten me either on the board or on pm what makes these superior to the repoman and say snag prof frogs? And anyone know the ETA on the baits? I'm itching to try them out. Thanks for any info in advance.

Just keep them. Somebody will post that they are not as good as the originals and it will be taken as gospel and others will just have to have the originals and pay even more than they are paying now. Then there will be a big fight on here how there's no differnece from one crowd and then the other crowd will say their third cousin knows so and so and theres a difference and the price of the originals will sky rocket. It's how the bass world works.

How is this possible? I thought the molds were sold to Bob Tosh at paycheck baits. Only he used a different weight which killed it , I throw the vixen and nothing comes close to the original period. I hope this is true and it is the ORGINAL . I will be able to tell the sound is so distinct. I just ordered 2 . We will see
