Just wanted to say thank you for the fast service and best customer service I have ever had from a tackle store. I order a lot of tackle and seem to always have problems with other tackle companies either not in stock, attitude, whatever..., they just don't seem to give that genuine feeling that they care about your order/situation(tournaments) but Outdoorproshop.com always seems to go above and beyond the normal call of customer service. They were out of some of the tackle I ordered so they called me asap gave me a couple option of more expensive baits at no extra charge and when I get my package the receipt has a note stating " hey i also added in my favorite A-rig at no charge, this one is awesome, just needs to be fine tuned once rigged." This makes me feel good about spending my hard earned money with a tackle company. Thanks again Outdoorproshop / Jared.
