SPRO Frog Lake Havasu Team Open June 21, 2014

JML Outdoors and SPRO have come together once again to host the 2nd Annual SPRO Frog Lake Havasu Team Open. This event will payback 100% of the entries collected to you the anglers.

The SPRO Lake Havasu Team Open will be held June 21, 2014 in beautiful Lake Havasu City, Arizona. Registration and the pre-tournament meeting will take place Friday June 20, 2014 at Anderson Toyota (6510 Showplace Avenue) from 3:00 to 5:30PM with the pre-tournament meeting starting at 6:00PM.

The entry fee for this event will be just $200 per team and anglers will have the option to enter into a $30 Big Fish side pot that will pay the 3 biggest bass of the tournament.

Anglers will have the opportunity to meet B.A.S.S. Elite Series Pro Dean Rojas and have a chance to ask him questions about frog fishing and the SPRO frogs that he designed.

Starting positions will be determined based off of a random draw Friday night prior to the event. While we encourage anglers to register early we will accept CASH entries on the Friday prior to the event from 3:00 to 5:30. We will also accept CASH entries on Saturday morning, however teams that sign up Saturday morning will go out last.

A group rate has been set up at the Quality Inn for anglers coming in from out of town. Anglers mentioning JML Outdoors when registering will receive a rate of $59/night plus tax. You must call the Quality Inn at 928-855-1111 to receive this discount.

This is a SPRO sponsored event. Only SPRO Frogs will be allowed. All teams must pass a complete boat check prior to launching on the morning of the competition. No tackle other than SPRO Frogs will be allowed in the boat during competition hours. All frogs must be worked on the surface and remain stock in both weight and color. Anglers will be permitted to open the hooks, trim the legs, and add rattles. No other modifications will be permitted.

Team Bling will be there using Navionics Charts and Nav Planner to find all of the back waters where the hogs live.

Off limits will be the cove at Windsor South launch ramp from point to point, 50 yards from a gas dock, any area marked no fishing by local state or federal officials. Everything else will be open.
