Ranger z20 Lids

Do any of you have issues with your lids becoming soft and flexing a lot? Every time I use the step and get on the front deck, I hear a cracking sound from the front middle lid. I open the lid up and don't see any cracks or brakes. Is there anyway to stiffen it up or do I have to replace the lid? Anyone make aluminum lids?

I have heard of a few of these issues....with lids getting soft. Ranger does have new lids for that boat that are stronger. Check with your local Ranger dealer and see what they can offer in help for you. Good luck!!

You can buy replacement lids directly from Ranger or through your local dealer as Gary eluded to. Give them the serial number on your boat and they can even match the carpet as well.
