Clear Lake boat inspection question

Hey guys,

Going fishing up at Clear Lake this Saturday 7/11 out of Lakeport. Does anyone know if I can get my boat inspected before 7am anywhere up there?

I know they usually open at 7am. I like to get on the water around 6am so I'm trying to not waste an hour and a half waiting to get inspected. Sometimes they have a guy down at the ramp doing inspections, but I haven't seen him there the last 3 times i was there.
