Life Jackets aid in Rescue in Big Break Marine, Oakley, California

The crews of Coast Guard Station Rio Vista, Contra Costa County Office of the Sheriff Marine Patrol unit and a maritime good Samaritan, Bodega Bell, rescued one adult, one child and a dog from an overturned vessel near Big Break Marina in Oakley Friday afternoon.

Thank goodness for the Samaritan, and the Coast Guard.
I think we can all agree they are tax money well spent.

Yes thank god for all those involved but let's not forget to praise the individuals for wearing their life jackets. Because of those life jackets they are with their families today.
