Congratulations to Hi's Tackle Box Pro Staffers Jason Milligan and Tom Shimabukuro for making the TBF State Team. Jason and Tom finished 3rd and 11th at Lake Shasta this weekend and get to compete at Lake Powell in May 2016. — with Tom Shimabukuro and Jason Milligan.
