Trolling Motor Batteries!

Post by striperwannab »

I will be in the market soon for two trolling motor batteries and would like to glean some knowledge for you guys, what are the best batteries to buy? I know each person might have a different answer and that is okay, I want to make the best purchase with as much info as I can.

If you could purchase two new batteries, what would they be?

Thanks,

Take a look at this artical:

Give me a call if you need more help, different anglers need different battery setups.
I would get Optima's, but that does not mean that would be the best choice for you!

I do not have to worry about adding water
They can be cycled at least twice as many times (discharged and recharged).
Their CCA will not fall off as they age as quickly as a conventional lead/acid battery
I feel they have the best balance of Reserve Capacity to Cold Cranking amps.
I use the same battery for the cranking battery as well.
Group 31 Blue Tops

T here are many things to consider when selecting the right battery for a bass boat, kind of like determining how big of a gas tank do I need and return on investment.

Give me call at 916 333 4105 and I will be glad to explain further.
