MK trolling motor clunks

At settings above 40% my MK Maxxum74 has a clunk sound when I turn it off. Sounds like there is some loosness in the mount somewhere, and I haven't found the exact source.

Is there a fix for this?

Photon I found that if you put some WD 40 on the pivots up by the springs and under the spring ball it will stop the klunking.
