Okay so i guarantee this has been asked before on here but i dont know where it belongs on here as far as the classification. But with that being said does anyone know for certain what year Ranger went from fiberglass encased wood transoms to strictly fiberglass composite transoms? ive researched and seen 2 or 3 different years on different forum sites and i just want to get down to the bottom of it.. lol. Someone HAS to know. Also, any tips for maintaining a solid transom throughout each season if it is a wood transom? And how confident are you guys that still run older boats when it comes to running older boats in somewhat foul weather if they have a wood transom?
