Opti Losing hole shot

I have a 2003 225HP Optimax that has recently begun to bog down in the hole shot. Sometimes it takes several seconds as much as 30, to get this boat on plane. Any thoughts as to what I should be looking at?

Maybe fouled plugs

I know these motors extremely well and have the right equipment including computer scan tool an pressure gauges
