got a 2004 toyota car and when i put it in reverse or forward it make a rattleing sound,any answers for this ?thanks.........

Could be the catalytic converter.

Being a retired Toyota mechanic, could be the cat is broken up inside or it could be you have some broken motor mounts? bet when you put the transmission in neutral or park the rattling goes away, if so, replace all motor mounts and the one transmission mount.
