Striper fishing in the Port of Sacramento has been very good. Lately there has been 4 sea lions feeding on large stripers an catfish. Two possibilities. One, there is not enough food in the ocean, or two, there are way too many sea lions.. Anyways when the sea lions are there, fish down the channel they definetly affect the bite.
