or are Stripers the best tasting freshwater fish out there? Yeah, I know they can be SW, too. But the FW version just seems to be the best for my palette.

Striper is numero Uno in my book! Crappie and Walleye are purty amazing white meat, fish too. We just don't see much of those two here out west.

I grilled some from the salt, and the lake, and I could not tell the difference in taste. Both were great.

Don't get me wrong, Art. I love SW Striper! I was just saying that Striper is the best tasting FW fish, IMHO.
