Went out of Rio Vista on Saturday and water is 43 degrees, muddy and a strong outgoing tide. Spoke with 3 veterans and they said that this is the "Dead Zone" and they haven't seen it this bad in 20 years. I only saw one 4 lbr when a kid pulled it out of the livewell at the ramp. A lot of floating debree, so be careful out there.
