Trying to keep up with the stripers movements can be a challenge. Let's keep the info flowing.
Friday I found them in the San Joaquin river on the points and bends Best area was where Washington Cut meets the San Joaquin. Caught them good in Connection slough fishing between the islands west of the bridge. And of course found some on the north/east side of Franks around the islands.
Topwater was excellent but they wanted really slow retrieves.

West side of False (House Side) stacked in the current.
Holes in Old River stacked and going on too the flats running the bait..birds were all over the place.
Manderville> Middle. Cormerants were in there thick.
Franks > Small fish > just fish the breaks for the bigger fish
Sandmound> at the end ??????? Cooch's water but I imagine there there, size ?????
Kellog > stackin in the bays> saw a fly guy nail one around 15+ took him forever to haul it in. One happy camper, he said it was his biggiest so far this year.

Wiskey is always a good slough this time of year...in fact I've caught stripers in Wiskey all year long. Find the bait and you'll find the stripers. Most of the time they will show themelves. Try fishing the bends, points, intersecting channels, etc.
Best of luck

Awesome Hitman, thanks for the tip. Now I wish I didn't get rid of my darn lunker punker. Trying to buy another now.

Launched out of B&W and headed to where the San Joaquin and False River meet. Loads of schoolies to 5lbs on the points. found them busting on top but they would not eat any topwater offerings. Caught all our fish on 5in white fishtraps with the tails died in chartruese.

Ive attached a link to Yahoo Maps to show the area. The entire stretch of tulles at the bottom of the map was holding stripers. concentrate on the ends/points of this stretch.
Good luck and happy thanksgiving

Little Manderville at the Westend on Lunker Punkers up to 9lbs and I heard but couldn't find them in Rock (Didn't go far enough in). Kellogg was off.
Metered a ton in the main channels every where I went. Just throwing Top Water this morning
Have a Happy Holiday

Fished only the morning hours
Hayes point is loaded from one end to the other. Where you caught one you caught many!
Again fishtraps and topwater were the ticket
Fish a bit in the Molulume from B&W towards the San Joaquin - not action to speak of other than some small schoolies.
