Striper location

Hey all,
I am taking a good friend out to the Delta and we are going to be Flyfishing, where can I get him on fish?

With the rivers so high, not quite sure where the stipers would be. I fish Hog and Sycamore sloughs alot and have always seen fly fishermen in those sloughs during the summer and fall months.

im hearing good reports from mildred island and the water is less stained there...ill be there in the morning
