well went out this morn at he san luis res at 5 a.m.and i went to the dam and started to throw top water and here comes joe sercurity and asked me to leave,so i left and went stright across and threw top water,sub surface,plunkers,swimbaits,and flukes...........and not even a bite,nothing,nada,zippo,zelch,crap.........................
