I have a Navionics HotMaps Platinum for Lakes West (W) that won't work in my Lowrance. Got it as a gift and opened the package...Bass Pro wont take it back

may want to inlcude the format of the card... SD? CF?

Sorry...The chip states that its a MicroSD/HMPT-W6
