No, the ones you found at Tackle Warehouse are the new Phenix chatterbaits after the patent issue. The old Phenix chatterbaits did not have the O ring connecting the blade to the bait, it was straight blade to bait, the new ones do. Makes a huge difference. The old ones were the best ever made, he's just asking more than I'd want to pay for them. I use Picasso chatterbaits now.
