Scotty Downrigger - $60

This Scotty Downrigger came with my bass boat when I bought it. I have no clue how old it is, but it doesn’t seem very used. It has a mount that mounts into the boat. It is a manual one, not electric. I just cleaned it so it is not all dusty like in the pictures. Brand new they are around $200 I believe.
