Great, residential only, Lakeside neighborhood. Only three turns and 1.5 miles from Windsor beach launch ramp. Split floorplan 3 bedroom, 2 bath 1700 sf home. Master bedroom has King size Tommy Bahama bed. Bedroom two has queen size bed. Bedroom three has a queen size bed and a twin bed.

Living room has leather couch queen sleeper plus twin size sleeper/ottoman. 46 inch flat screen TV plus DVD/CD player. Front and rear covered patios with gas BBQ and comfy patio set. Nearly flat driveway off quiet wide street leads to 30 foot deep, extra wide garage. Also has fenced and gated side parking with R/V hook-ups. Property can accommodate multiple boats and would make a great fishing tournament headquarters. Prefer weekly rentals at $1100 per week. Will consider 3 day weekend rentals. Low deposit and cleaning fee will also apply.
