Any one fix reels?

I have a lews casting reel that the line guide gets stuck on the left side. I've tried to clean and lube the reel but still having trouble with it. Any one have any fixes or if anyone fixes reels let me know please and thank you.

Check in with Dan Isaac from reelex he does very good work. See if he works on lews reels
