Lews Fritts perfect cranking rod and citica reel

Lew’s David Fritts perfect Crankbait speed stick rod. Full cork handle 7’ MH in great shape. This is a back up for the same rod that I use so it has not been used much. $50
Will put a Bantam Citica 201 (lefty) in good shape on the rod for another $20

Where do you live? Can I take a look at the rod. I've been thinking about getting a few of these because they are affordable. Is it tip heavy
