Good post. At this point I think you have to reschedule. As you can tell by the number of teams, many are traveling hours to fish the tournaments and to prefish the weekend before. With regards to making hotel reservations and time off of work for many, I think this needs to be officially cancelled sooner, then later.

The math seems impossible. Lake is at 10.5' with more rain this weekend. They can only drop the lake one inch per day. If they lift the boat ban it will still be a 5 MPH limit until level reaches 7.9'. It would take 28 days of no rain to get to that level and the tournament is in 15 days. Total bummer but fishing will be off the hook if they can reschedule it for CL.

Hello Anglers, please be patient as Gary is helping run the Arizona event right now. He told me that he plans to make the decision on or just after March 1st to give all anglers as much notice as possible. Look for the news then please. Thank you.

Guys from what my contacts are telling me and from what my property looks like at Richmond Park along with the Bar and Grill with about 12 inches of water in it , Clear Lake will not be seeing any tournaments until well into April. My son works for Yolo Flood and they can only release so much as the lake will let them so just hang in there We all are all in waiting.

I don't see anyone being impatient in any way. I think there is just a lot going on for all involved, and most are wanting/needing answers. Clear Lake will not happen in March that is now a given. I am just hoping the rumor going around that this tournament gets moved to New Melones is just that.....a bad rumor. Myself, and many other teams will be done if that the case.

First and foremost I hope for a speedy recovery for all affected! At this point rescheduling seems to be the answer, not moving the tourney. Maybe when this happens they can make it a 2 day to help infuse a little extra bump into the local economy....

Thanks Jason, I think we dodged a big bullet on our property, But the Bar and Grill did not fair so well. And guys I am sure that Gary will have Info out soon. It is not as easy as you might think to reschedule an event of two days. But too move it is whole another Issue.

The WWBT event is a go ladies and gentleman, please be aware and follow all lake regulations especially regarding no wake zones 400 yards from ANY shore/bldgs, etc.... They are allowing us to utilize the resource, don't ruin it for all by breaking the rules, be considerate of those that may not share our enthusiasm for opening the Lake to motorized boats....Thank you all and good fishing...

Good Luck Guys This means a 5 MPH tournament, In the South arm the lake is not that wide you do the math. In Rattle Snake arm no way, Be very careful Eyes are going to be ever where Just as Jason said, Dont blow it, and get used to slow.

Great news. Will be fun no matter what rules we have to follow. Bass haven't seen a lure in months! Great job keeping this date. I would have lost my Vegas bet on this one.

Rattlesnake arm is right at 1 mile wide , stay dead center and you will be fine, windflower point to Anderson Island is less than 1/2 mile wide
