For the 2020 season, something extraordinary is about to take place for all youth participating in the Future Pro Tour's exclusive Youth Anglers League - presented by Gone Fishin' Marine, Daiwa, and River2Sea.

Angler's Press Outdoors, via it's Youth Angler's League series, is pleased to announce that for the 2020 season, youth - from grade to high-school, will have the opportunity to compete at every FPT event in their own separate division for cash prizes - AT NO ENTRY FEE, and at the end of the season, only TEN of the highest finishing youth in both the northern and central regions (based on the highest accumulated weight throughout the season), will be invited to compete on the last day of the 2020 FPT Classic Championship for the keys to a brand new Bass Tracker Classic XL boat, motor, and trailer!

Last year's YAL division was a phenomenal success and saw tons of kids from 5 to 18 years old competing for cash prizes at each event, with youth anglers Logan Dicon (northern region), and Michaela Schmidgall (central region), going "all-out" to capture the 2019 Gone Fishin' Marine - YAL Angler of the Year titles within their respective regions.

In addition to the fun, this exclusive division provides an opportunity for participating youth to cultivate good sportsmanship - while they build on their bass fishing skills, as detailed instructional seminars hosted by some of the west’s top pro bass anglers are held AT THE LAKE the day before most events!
