BBT Rat-L-Trap open

Quick question does anyone know if the BBT Rat-L-Trap open scheduled for Nov 13 on the Delta has been cancelled? I was on BBT website and the event has been removed from website and I can't find a way to register for event. I have emailed BBT and currently waiting for a response. Just wondering if anyone has heard this event is or not happening.
