Castiac is at full pool from dirty rain water run off with debris everywhere. Normal water supply is from California aqueduct via Elderberry forebay. The water quality is a mess full of silt, ash and fire retardants. Tough bite until you locate cleaner water, few did!

Had a WON Bass tounament several years ago at Lake Isabella with only one fish weighed in for the many boats entered. I believe it was a 5lbr.
